私人航空吸引中国年轻企业家 2026-07-01

Private aviation's newest long-range business jet made recent stops in Hong Kong and Shanghai, offering a window into how travel habits among affluent Chinese are changing. Younger entrepreneurs, expanding international business ties and the growing blend of work and leisure are reshaping demand.
Private aviation group Vista recently showcased its new Bombardier Global 8000 aircraft in Hong Kong and Shanghai as part of an Asia tour. The two cities were chosen for their roles as major financial and transportation hubs, as well as growing demand for international mobility across the Greater China region.
Crystal Wong, president of Vista Asia-Pacific, said the profile of Chinese travelers has changed considerably in recent years.
"We are seeing a much younger customer profile," Wong said. "Many of our clients are under 40, particularly entrepreneurs in fast-growing sectors such as artificial intelligence and digital technology."
According to Wong, the traditional image of private aviation users as senior corporate executives is giving way to a younger generation of founders who travel frequently between China and overseas markets to meet investors, attend conferences and expand their businesses.
She also pointed to rising travel between China and Africa, driven by expanding trade, investment and commercial partnerships.
Another notable trend is the rise of "bleisure" travel, with business trips increasingly extending into personal holidays.
"Clients no longer draw a clear line between business and vacation," Wong said. "They may attend meetings in one city and then spend a few days with family or visit another destination before heading home."
Major international sporting events have also become part of these itineraries, with travelers combining event attendance, business meetings and personal travel in a single trip.
Food remains an important part of long-haul travel. Wong said many Chinese travelers begin to miss Chinese cuisine only after a few days overseas.
"If Chinese travelers stay abroad for more than two or three days, many of them start looking for Chinese food," she said.
Beyond Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, operators are also seeing growing interest in China's secondary cities as overseas business travelers venture further inland.
The changing travel habits of younger entrepreneurs and internationally mobile professionals suggest that flexibility, time efficiency and personalized experiences are becoming increasingly important in shaping travel patterns in China.
