70%上海居民在市内拥有房产 - 2015年04月14日

OVER 70 percent of Shanghai residents said they own homes in the city, according to a report released by the Shanghai Social Science Academy yesterday.

Of the 2,010 residents surveyed, 58.1 percent said they live in an apartment, while 13.1 percent said they live in government funded affordable houses.

The average home size for a typical three-member family in Shanghai was 71.04 square meters, the report said.
