The world's first Ultraman-themed Pavilion to open in Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park
Located in Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park, the world's first Ultraman-themed Pavilion will open for internal testing on July 17 and start trial operation on July 24. The park will also simultaneously launch the country's first Ultraman Energy Station, the country's first Ultraman Electronic Music Plaza, and an Ultraman-themed hotel to create immersive entertainment experience for tourists in the future.
This news also sparked fevered online chatter among Shanghainese Ultraman fans:“I began to love Ultraman when I was 7 years old. Now my son is 7 years old. Me and my son love Ultraman together”;“I look forward to meeting with various Ultramen. I am really happy that the Haichang Ocean Park will open an Ultraman-themed pavilion,” said some netizens.
The world's first Ultraman-themed pavilion, which has five themed areas, has created a number of “firsts” in the country, including the first Ultraman theater, first Ultraman-themed restaurant, first Ultraman-themed exhibition area, first Ultraman Shop of Light and first Ultraman Amusement Center. The pavilion has also brought together nearly 400 pieces of Ultraman exhibits and more than 200,000 pieces (more than 500 models) of genuine authorized Ultraman peripherals; 3,000 pieces of Ultraman soft plastic collector's sets are available for sale, 20 Ultraman-themed gourmet food items and 40 Ultraman limited products are listed for the first time."Haichang exclusive" Ultraman limited products will be launched continuously in the future.
