上海自贸区关警联动 构建失信企业共管机制 - 2018年01月04日

Shanghai Public Security Bureau Free Trade Zone Branch Office and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Area Customs signed a cooperation memorandum on Thursday to launch a disciplinary mechanism for companies that violate traffic regulations and related laws in the Waigaoqiao bonded area.

The mechanism is meant to share data between the bureau and Shanghai Customs; explore ways to discipline the regulation violators; urge the companies to perform their duties; build a risk control and management platform; and to advance the sound economic and social development in the Waigaoqiao Bonded Area.

The Waigaoqiao Bonded Area is the core area of Shanghai Customs’ special supervision zone, for it’s in the vicinity of Waigaoqiao deep-water port area, and it has become the most important logistics industry’s cluster in Shanghai. The average number of container trucks going through the designated checkpoints reaches 7,000 on an average day, and exceeds 10,000 a day during busy seasons.
