As China upgrades its economic structure and integrates technology, artificial intelligence and cloud technologies will expand into the agriculture, manufacturing and service sectors, industry officials said in a tech conference yesterday in Shanghai.
An ecosystem of AI, big data and cloud can offer integrated services that will cover the finance, retail, manufacturing, transport and agriculture sectors, participants told the ABC Summit held in Shanghai.
The integrated services include smart customer service, service robots and automatic driving.
