Versum Materials (Shanghai) held an unveiling ceremony for its first production factory at the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone’s New Development Zone recently.
Founded at Waigaoqiao in 2000, Versum Materials spun off from Air Products & Chemicals and later set up its China operation headquarters at Waigaoqiao.
As a world leading semi-conductor industry’s special material and equipment system supplier, Versum Materials has business with more than 250 customers from more than 10 countries and regions. It has set up seven research and development institutes and 14 production factories.
