The city’s catering businesses are all set for the China International Import Expo, as a service skill competition was held on the weekend.
More than 100 participants from 62 catering businesses, many of which are food providers of the expo, took part.
There were six categories including Chinese and Western style business set meals, Shanghai snacks, afternoon tea and restaurant service.
