工信部支持创建上海(浦东新区)人工智能创新应用先导区 - 2019年05月22日

Shanghai yesterday started to build the country’s first pilot zone for the innovation and application of artificial intelligence.
Approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the pilot zone in the Pudong New Area has set three main tasks, to establish an AI core industrial cluster, to promote AI application and to build a supporting system for AI innovation, the Shanghai bureau of economy and information technology announced yesterday.
A batch of test fields will be established in the pilot zone for AI innovation and application in several pathfinding fields.
