International Wine Challenge held at Waigaoqiao center
The first International Wine Challenge China (IWC China) concluded recently at the Shanghai Waigaoqiao International Exhibition & Trading Center of Wine & Beverage.
The IWC China, held from June 3 to 8, has the same judging process as the IWC in London, which has a history of 36 years and is accepted as the world’s finest and most meticulously judged wine competition.
Every wine is judged by 12 experts on its faithfulness to style, region and vintage after several rounds of blind tasting. The best wines are awarded Gold, Silver, Bronze or Commended medals.
