White paper on criminal cases involving free trade, sci-tech innovation issued
On July 12, the People’s Procuratorate of the Pudong New Area issued the white paper on last year’s inspection work involving free trade and science and technology innovation.
According to the white paper, the district saw an increasing number of foreign-related financial cases while the criminal cases in the area of science and technology innovation remain stable.
The white paper also summarizes the ways of inspection service and offers proposals in the areas of the new expansion of the free trade zone, financial risk control and legal environment construction.
