Premier Li Keqiang made an inspection visit to Shanghai and the Shanghai Free Trade Zone on July 22-23.
Li inspected the new expansion of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and listened to the work report on overall planning and achievements of the FTZ over the past five years.
In the FTZ, Li visited Shanghai Electric Group Co Ltd, the country’s leading equipment manufacturer, and Zhangjiang Artificial Intelligence Island, which is a development base for 3D telemedicine, intelligent bionic neural networks and other scientific technologies.
