Putuo Health and Family Planning Commission held a grand health consultation activity at Changshou Green Space and Putuo Central Hospital on Saturday and invited medical experts of common diseases and chronic diseases to provide free services to local residents.

Altogether 67 medical experts from 17 local medical institutes including comprehensive hospitals of grade 2 and 3, specialized hospitals and community health service centers participated in the consultation, covering internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, traditional Chinese medicine, stomatology and mental health and provided various services on health education, health care and disease control.

The free clinic was open from September 14 to 20 and organized 10 activities, serving more than 3,700 local residents and distributed over 2,600 handbooks on health.
