The Pudong Science Festival kicked off on Tuesday with the opening of an exhibition showing the area’s efforts in the anti-virus fight.
Ward disinfection robots, nucleic acid testing kits and an intelligent evaluation system for chest scans for COVID-19 are among some of Pudong’s scientific breakthrough and technological achievements being displayed in the exhibition.
Pudong’s information technology, biological medicine and artificial intelligence industries have made great contributions. Major science facilities such as the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility have showed great support to research, according to Pudong’s technology and economy commission.
