Longyao Road Tunnel extension now officially open
The extension of the Longyao Road Tunnel officially opens to the public, Shanghai Chengtou Group announced on Sunday.
The project stretches from Jiyang Road to Changqing Road in the Pudong New Area, and will greatly ease nearby traffic pressure.
As a key cross-river link, the tunnel connecting Longwu Road in Xuhui District and Jiyang Road in Pudong has been in use since 2010.
