Fifty-five works will be on display during the 2020 Jing’an International Sculpture Project from Saturday till the end of this year.
The work of 29 artists from countries that include China, Japan, Italy, Mexico, UK, Ukraine and Indonesia will adorn Jing’an Sculpture Park, Plaza 66, Fengshengli, Wujiang Road and Jing’an Foreign Language Primary School.

Shanghai-born artist Liang Shaoji will present his new work "Moon Bay," made of stainless steel, to express his understanding of how human activities have affected the natural world.
He has reshaped exhaust pipes in the style of a trumpet shell as if it could flow with the waves on the ocean under the moonlight. He wants to show that an industrial product ends up as an organic life form, finally returning to the natural world.
Over the period, a variety of activities will be held such as music performances, flash mobs and photo competitions.
