Waigaoqiao Group Co., Ltd. and SCPG Group, the retail property development and operation platform of China Vanke Co., held a signing ceremony on Sunland Incity project at Sunland International Building in the Pudong New Area on January 29.

Sunland Incity is on top of the Dongjing Road Station of Metro Line 6 and the under-construction Metro Line 21. It is also at the end of the eastern extension of the Beiheng Passage. The Beiheng Passage from Beihong Road overpass to Tianmu Road overpass was opened in June last year.

The Beiheng Passage, linking Beihong Road of the Middle Ring Road in Changning District with the intersection of Zhoujiazui Road and Neijiang Road in Yangpu District, will be a fast east-west track that cuts through the central parts of the city in the north. The Beiheng Passage will be extended eastward to Gaohang Town in the Waigaoqiao Bonded Area in the future.
