The 28th Shanghai TV Festival (STVF) is scheduled to take place from June 19 to June 23, 2023. And the media online registration channel on the STVF official website www.stvf.com will be open from April 15 to May 31.

Since its inception in 1986, Shanghai TV Festival has been adhering to its philosophy of professionalism, internationalism and benefiting the people, constantly innovating the festival mechanism and upgrading the service level. Now, having made itself one of the most important international TV exchange platforms in Asia, Shanghai TV Festival invites media reporters to meet in Shanghai in June this year to witness the blooming of Magnolia.

The application steps are as follows: 

1. Media personnel applying to become the registered reporters for this STVF, please download and install the “STVF-Shanghai TV Festival” APP on your phone, then visit www.stvf.com, enter the “Journalist Registration” section, follow the prompts to fill in the application in an accurate manner, and submit the supporting materials as required.

2. Please fill in the registration application form accurately, and upload the supporting materials as required, including the standard ID photo taken within half a year, the information page of the press card issued and annually inspected by the national competent authority, and the letter of introduction issued and sealed by the unit. For website and new media covering and editing staff, please upload a photocopy of the ID card and the collective registration certificate issued by the unit, and indicate the name of website or new media.

3. Upon registration, please upload the link of recent reports on STVF or other TV fields, or send the link of relevant reports to press@stvf.com. The above links are not required, but they will be important reference factors when the Press Department of the organizing committee reviews media qualifications.

4. After the registration application is submitted, the Press Department of the organizing committee will check your relevant information. When your registration is approved, we will send a confirmation letter to your registered email address. The confirmation letter will explain how to use the electronic media certificate adopted by this year’s STVF. Otherwise, no further email notification will be made.
