The topics to be discussed at this academic salon for media include: 1). Lingang New Area to lead China’s high-level reform and opening-up; 2). Overall considerations to leverage integrated development of Yangtze River Delta to stabilize the national economy; and 3). Key areas for Shanghai’s economic revival.

The panelists at the salon include 1). Quan Heng, currently Party Secretary of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, researcher, and doctoral supervisor; 2). Shen Kaiyan, Ph.D. in Economics, second-level researcher, doctoral supervisor; and 3). Liu Liang, researcher at the Institute of Applied Economy, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, adjunct researcher at the Research Institute of Chinese Economy at Fudan University and adjunct professor at the School of Social Development and Public Policy, Fudan University.
