The World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2023 will take place in Shanghai from July 6 to 8, 2023. We extend a warm welcome to journalists to participate in reporting on this remarkable occasion. To facilitate coverage of the conference, we have opened the registration channel for the first batch of journalists from June 6 to 12. We encourage media professionals to seize this opportunity and join us in Shanghai to witness the advancements and innovations within the artificial intelligence field.

The conference will be co-sponsored by the seven ministries and commissions of the country, along with the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. Our mission is to establish an international pinnacle event within the artificial intelligence industry. Under the theme of Intelligent Connectivity, the conference will be hosted at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center in Pudong, while seamlessly connecting the sites at Zhangjiang, Xuhui, and Minhang.

The conference will integrate four essential components: conference/forums, exhibitions, competitions, and application experiences. By coordinating these elements, we aim to concentrate on the latest policy orientations and technological hotspots, and endeavor to create an industry event with enhanced international influence, stronger professional attributes, a vibrant presence of young talents, and an immersive smart experience.

2023 marks the sixth anniversary of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference, a milestone achievement since its inaugural event in 2018. Over the past five years, the conference has garnered tremendous success.

In order to register for interviews at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2023, all journalists must possess a valid press card issued by the General Administration of Press and Publication (within the designated validity period). Overseas journalists are required to hold either a resident press card or a valid reporter visa.
