The 23rd China International Industry Fair (CIIF) will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from September 19 to 23.

We warmly welcome your reporters to attend and cover the event.

The registration process for reporters:

1. For all media personnel who attend the 23rd CIIF, please complete your registration by visiting our official website at https://www.ciif-expo.cn/ReporterCn between August 10 and September 5, 2023. If you already have an existing account from previous years, you can continue to use it for this registration. In case you’ve forgotten your password or user name, a retrieval option is available through the mobile phone number you provided during your initial registration. For those who do not yet have an account, please proceed with the direct registration process.

2. Upon successful login, please kindly ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Additionally, please submit the required supporting documentation (in the form of copies or photos, etc.) as outlined below: 1) Please include a copy of the press card issued by the relevant national authority, with an annual inspection validation (within the current validity period). For overseas journalists, a resident press card or a valid reporter visa information page should be submitted; 2) In cases where the press card has not been issued during the renewal period, please submit relevant certificates. This may include a letter of introduction issued and stamped by your media unit, confirming your affiliation; 3) For those who work for websites or new media platforms, please upload a photocopy of the collective registration certificate issued by your media unit. This should clearly indicate the name of the website or the name of the new media platform you represent. Alternatively, you can provide a letter of introduction issued and stamped by your media unit; 4) As a final step, please kindly upload a recent 2-inch ID photo as per the specified requirements.

3. Once your application has been submitted, the News Department of the CIIF Organizing Committee will carefully review your provided information. Upon successful verification, we will promptly notify you via text message on your registered mobile phone. Following this notification, your official pass will be dispatched to you by mail. Kindly ensure you stay vigilant regarding this correspondence. Upon receiving your pass, it is essential to handle it with care, avoiding any damage, alterations, or lending to others. Please note that if the pass is lost, it cannot be reissued. Regrettably, in the event of an unsuccessful review, you will not receive a notification via SMS.
