The 2020 World Artificial Intelligence Conference will be held from July 9 to 11, 2020 via a combination of online and offline forms.

 

The theme of the conference is “Intelligent Connectivity, Indivisible Community,” and it will include an opening ceremony, plenary sessions, themed forums, industry forums and featured activities, together with the “3D Virtual AI Home” online exhibition.

 

Journalists are welcomed to cover the conference. Reporters who sign up for the 2020 World Artificial Intelligence Conference Online Summit must have the press card issued by the National Press and Publication Administration (within the validity period). Foreign journalists must have the resident press card or valid journalist visa.

 

Registration of the online summit is open to all qualified reporters, while the offline conference is invitation-only. On June 9-23, reporters can log onto https://reg.worldaic.com.cn for registration. After the registration is approved, the press team of the organizing committee office will send a “3D virtual audience” invitation code (with a limited number) to the registered mobile phone number, which can be used by reporters to watch the key events online. The press team will also provide a Media Service Manual, conference materials, news materials, and contact information for various events (exhibitors) to registered reporters through public cloud storage services, WeChat groups and emails.

 

According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements, the opening ceremony, plenary sessions and other offline meetings are invitation-only, and people who are not invited will not be able to enter the venues. For details, please check with the contact persons for each event.
