In order to promote and showcase the achievements of Shanghai in facilitating foreign investment, summarize relevant experience and practices, and create a good environment for Shanghai’s efforts in serving foreign investors during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, a municipal government press conference is scheduled to be held at 2:30 pm on December 28 (Monday) at the Shanghai Municipal Government’s press briefing room (Conference Hall, Third Floor, West Wing, Shanghai History Museum, 325, Nanjing Road West), during which senior officials form Shanghai Commission of Commerce, the Shanghai Municipal Financial Work Bureau, the Shanghai Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the Lingang New Area Management Committee, and the Shanghai Municipal Big Data Center will introduce the progress the city has made in promoting foreign investment and answer questions from reporters.

After the press conference, reporters can conduct interviews with executives of some foreign-invested companies.
