Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Government has issued the “Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Planning and Construction of New Towns During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period in the City.” The districts and management committees where the five new towns are located have also formulated their own 14th Five-Year action plans for the development of the new towns. The Information Office of Shanghai Municipality will hold a series of municipal government press conferences, inviting senior officials of the districts and management committees where the five new towns are located to introduce their respective new town action plans.

A municipal government press conference is scheduled to be held at 10:00 am on March 30 (Tuesday) at the Shanghai Municipal Government’s press briefing room (Conference Hall, Third Floor, West Wing, Shanghai History Museum, 325, Nanjing Road West), during which Lu Fangzhou, Party Secretary of Jiading District, Gao Xiang, Deputy Party Secretary of Jiading District and District chief, and officials of relevant departments will  introduce the Action Plan of Jiading New Town and answer questions from reporters.

We welcome your reporter to attend the press conference. Please send back the return receipt by 12:00 pm on March 29. Please enter the venue with this interview notice and ID card. Thank you for your support!

We kindly remind you that: 1) It is recommended that reporters enter through the reporter-only passage at the gate of N0. 200, Huangpi Road North; 2) When you enter the venue, you need to wear a mask, show you ID card, get your body temperature measured, and show a Green health QR code, and please arrive 20 minutes before the press conference starts; 3). If you have a cold or fever, please do not participate in the press conference.
