Registration Notice for Reporters

The 8th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair will be held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center on April 15-17, 2021. We warmly welcome journalists to participate and cover the fair. All journalists who sign up for interviews at the CSITF are required to hold the press card issued by the General Administration of Press and Publications (within the validity period). Foreign journalists should hold the permanent press card or a valid visa. Journalists are requested to provide a copy of their press card or relevant supporting documents (together with the electronic version of 1-inch mugshot) before April 6, 2021, by logging in to the official website link (www.csitf.com “Media Registration” ), or sending an email or fax to the Press and Publicity Department of the Executive Office of the CSITF Organizing Committee to sign up and apply for the media pass.  If you miss the deadline, please register at the on-site press center of the CSITF.

[Special Reminder for Epidemic Prevention and Control] According to the city’s epidemic prevention and control requirements, the following media registration and admission procedures are formulated:

1.Logging in to www.csitf.com “Media Registration” to complete real-name registration. The information about your employer, your name, mobile phone number, ID number, and photo is mandatory.

2. After registration, starting from April 11, please log in via the above link, upload a valid nucleic acid test report, and activate the media pass. The organizer will arrange nucleic acid testing, and bear the costs. The testing time and venue will be informed later.

3. The Executive Office of the Organizing Committee will be responsible for issuing the media pass.

4. At the exhibition site, you will be required to show your media pass and ID card.
