Shanghai will soon issue the “Plan for Upgrading the Function of Shanghai International Trade Center during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”). A municipal government press conference is scheduled to be held at 2:30 pm on April 8 (Thursday) at the Shanghai Municipal Government’s press briefing room (Conference Hall, Third Floor, West Wing, Shanghai History Museum, 325, Nanjing Road West), during which Vice Mayor Zong Ming, and officials from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and Shanghai Customs will introduce the “Plan” and answer questions from reporters.
