The 5th World Forum on China Studies will be held from March 23rd to March 24th, 2013 in Shanghai. Under the aegis of State Council Information Office and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, the forum is co-organized by Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality, centering on the theme of “China Modernization: Path and Prospect”. At the forum, the Award for Contributions to China Studies will be presented to overseas experts in China Studies. Experts and scholars both from home and abroad will contribute their insights into such topics as China’s own path of development and integration of China into the international community.
