通过体育增强上海的城市韧性

adidas CEO Bjoern Gulden makes his first visit to Tsinghua University in September last year and engaged in dialogue with students.
Shanghai is a vital cornerstone of China's national strategy. Over the years, the International Business Leaders' Advisory Council (IBLAC) for the Mayor of Shanghai has built a platform of global influence – driving interaction, cooperation, and shared success.
Today, Shanghai is at a critical stage of cultivating an international consumption city and building a world-renowned sports city. As a German sports brand with more than years of history and its China headquarters in Shanghai, adidas is committed to contributing our expertise and passion to support the city's continued rise in global competitiveness.

Enhancing urban resilience through sports
The sports industry offers unique value throughout the process of opening up and enhancing urban resilience as a vital force that can transcend national boundaries, integrate diverse cultures, bridge social divides, and drive economic growth.
To build on this momentum, we propose shaping a robust support system that includes urban sports space activation projects, streamlined approval processes for sports events, and an efficient visa facilitation procedure for both athletes and fans.
We also advocate for the establishment of the Shanghai Riverside Active Sports Avenue as a new future symbol of the city recognized all over the world to help empower Shanghai in this phase of its development toward becoming a resilient city by 2030.

Unlocking sports vitality with global resources
As a strong supporter in Shanghai's goal of becoming a globally renowned sports city, adidas has established a strong presence here for 28 years, supporting the city's impressive success story in driving remarkable growth in both sports and consumption.
In the past year, we have fueled Shanghai's sporting spirit through sponsorships, international exchanges, and youth programs, and by choosing the city as the stage for global product launches and the worldwide premiere of new flagship store concepts.
On the events front, adidas supported the Shanghai Half Marathon, a Gold Label Road Race endorsed by World Athletics, helped bring the China Youth Football League national finals to the city, and sponsored the inaugural Shanghai Sports Festival with a series of exciting events.
Alongside these events, we invited international sports stars such as Lamine Yamal, Anthony Edwards, and running legend Haile Gebrselassie to come to Shanghai and engage with fans during many unique events.
At the same time, we are deeply focused on the positive role sports play in helping the next generations to grow. We partner with Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University to equip elite campus teams with professional gear.
We work with the Shanghai Football Association to support youth football teams competing in the National Games and provide professional outfits for grassroots competitions across the city.
From 'Made for China' to 'Created in China'
In China, adidas has delivered nine consecutive quarters of growth. Our strategy of "China for China" has been central to this achievement.
We have strong confidence in and commitment to the Chinese market. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of our Creation Center Shanghai (CCS), which plays a pivotal role in driving our ambitions.
From the Beijing 2008 Olympics podium uniforms to today's popular Future of Style and Originals-New Chinese collection, CCS has spent two decades resonating with athletes and consumers, advancing with local designers, and building a strong ecosystem of innovation.
In doing so, we have fostered strong local innovation capabilities while witnessing and contributing to the continuous upgrade of sports and fashion consumption in China.
We are convinced that being a global brand with a local mindset is key for our success around the world and core to our commitment to China and the city of Shanghai.
