复旦大学为视频涉嫌抄袭事件道歉   2015-06-01

 

FUDAN University yesterday issued a statement, apologizing for a promotional video that was eerily similar to one produced by Tokyo University, saying it will establish a panel to probe the entire fiasco and punish those involved in the making of the film.

“Our video, titled ‘To My Light,’ is reportedly a work of plagiarism,” Fudan said in a statement posted on its Weibo account yesterday. “We sincerely apologize as it has had a negative impact on society, dishonored our school and hurt everyone that cares about Fudan.

“We will invite experts, alumni, teachers and students to help with the investigation and those responsible for the plagiarism will be punished,” the university said.
