Zeiss casts its eye on prospect of opportunities in 'testing zone'

THE new 16,400-square-meter building of Carl Zeiss (Shanghai) Co Ltd underscores the German lens manufacturer's commitment to the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

The company's new China headquarters went into operation on September 15. Attending opening day ceremonies were Zeiss Group's managers and representatives from the Free Trade Zone.

The new office integrates sales, after-sales services, training, logistics, personnel, finance, legal services and information technology for the company.
