联邦快递将升级其在上海的国际快递和货运枢纽 2024-10-22
US delivery giant FedEx announced it will upgrade its international express and cargo hub in Shanghai.
The Shanghai International Express and Cargo Hub located at Pudong International Airport will be transformed into an intercontinental transit hub, FedEx said at the opening ceremony of the North Bund Forum.
Opened in 2018, the Shanghai International Express and Cargo Hub is the largest facility of its kind at Pudong Airport.
The upgrade will expand routes connecting Shanghai to second- and third-tier cities in the Chinese mainland and support the development of Shanghai into an international air cargo hub, FedEx noted.
This year, FedEx announced the official opening of its new China headquarters in Shanghai, further deepening its presence in the country and the city.
