中国首艘国产游轮将开通夏季专用航线 2025-02-26
Adora Magic City, China's first domestically made large cruise ship, completes its first trial voyage on July 24, 2023.
Adora Magic City, the nation's first domestically built cruise ship, is scheduled to launch an eight-night summer special route from its home port of Shanghai and an 11-night summer route by Adora Mediterranea departing from Tianjin, announced their operator Adora Cruises Ltd on Feb 24.
Adora Magic City's summer special route will start on July 24, and passengers can visit popular destinations including Jeju, Maizuru, Niigata and Hakodate during their trips. A variety of themed visits are planned to bring passengers natural scenery and cultural history to meet the varied requirements of guests.
The long cruise trip offered by Adora Mediterranea will be available from Aug 7, and its destinations include Fukuoka, Hakodate, Otaru and Nagasaki.
"The launch of the summer special routes are our commitment to integrating the essence of Chinese culture into the brand experience, providing an innovative cultural tourism experience for passengers, and offering cruise products tailored for Chinese people," said Adora Cruises.
The two cruise ships, Adora Magic City and Adora Mediterranea, have to date served more than 520,000 guests home and abroad.
China's second domestically-made cruise ship has completed the construction of its hull structure in Shanghai, paving the way for its delivery scheduled by the end of 2026.
