SHANGHAI Oriental Pearl Media Co and Huayi Brothers Media will improve their cooperation in the areas of copyright, online film production, branding and cultivating talent, managers said at the annual Shanghai Television Festival, which began yesterday.

The festival, which runs until Friday, brings acclaimed overseas and domestic productions to local television screens.

For the first time, the American fantasy series "Game of Thrones" season I and II will be aired on the local Drama Channel at 10pm until June 15.
