French Michelin-starred chef Jean-Christophe Ansanay-Alex shows off his latest creation at the Savour Festival held at The Hub, a retail and leisure complex in Shanghai's Hongqiao area. During the festival, which ended yesterday, top chefs from around the world aimed to tickle the taste buds of visitors with their various dishes.
