A policeman deals with a driver caught on his patrol car’s car-top camera yesterday, as police increasingly use technology. The car-top cameras have caught about 168 offences daily since they were introduced in August. Police are also expanding the use of traffic cameras to catch drivers who don’t merge lanes safely. — Xinhua
