上海高院发布《若干意见》“护航”上海国际航运中心建设   2018-07-19

 

Shanghai Higher People’s Court has released a set of 26 measures to support the city’s pledge to become a world-leading shipping hub.
The court plans to build a talent pool comprised of experts at navigation so as to give professional advice to judges, especially during complicated cases.
The court also plans to establish a platform where courts, maritime authorities, exit-and-entry officials and other related departments can share information and draw up a blacklist of “dishonest people” in the navigation industry.
