首船600多吨南非葡萄柚抵沪   2019-06-21

 

Refrigerated cargo ship Baltic Summer, which left South Africa carrying more than 600 tons of grapefruit, arrived at Shanghai Nangang Port on June 11.
To cut the inspection and unloading time and ensure freshness of the fruit, the Yangshan Immigration Inspection Station went through pre-check procedures and applied for boarding certificates of dockworkers in advance through the Shanghai Free Trade Zone’s single-window platform.
It was the first batch of citrus fruit to be shipped from South Africa to China following a refrigerated shipping agreement between the two countries came into effect.
