SHANGHAI Disney Resort will offer discounted tickets to different groups of visitors, the city’s top tourism official said yesterday.

Prices will be based on international conventions and local market conditions, said Yang Jinsong, director of the Shanghai Tourism Administration.

“We hope the operator takes the spending power of local people into consideration when setting the ticket price,” she said on a radio show.
