SHANGHAI Party Secretary Han Zheng met Roland Busch, member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG, last week.

Han said that Shanghai has to replace its development drives to fully adopt innovation-driven economy during the 13th Five-Year Plan from 2016 to 2020.

Han continued that the "Made in China 2025" is the key future strategy for China's real economy and he is glad to see that Shanghai and Siemens are deepening cooperation in advanced manufacturing industry and Siemens' measures to serve small and medium-size enterprises will also help promote business starting and innovation in the city.
