People will soon be able to look up local tourism information and rate travel agencies and services via a new internet service offered by Shanghai government, city's travel watchdog said over the weekend.

The service, named "luyouyun", or "travel cloud", is to be integrated into the "shiminyun", or "residents' cloud", a governmental service available on the namesake mobile app through which many residents pay utility bills and look up for other public services.

Government said users of the service will find real time travel information of major tourist attractions including weather and visibility from height at certain spots.
