New bridge planned for Suzhou Creek   2016-03-30

 

 

THE city government plans to build a new bridge over Suzhou Creek in Jing'an District, it said yesterday on Weibo.

The notice did not say when the project would start. It said that the bridge will be called Changping Road Bridge and that it will be 800 meters long and about 45m wide.

It will be built from the intersection of Changping and Jiangning roads to the junction of Hengtong and Hengfeng roads, the post said, adding that it will be open to pedestrians and vehicles.
