Jiao Tong University has a rowing course, the first one in China 2016-04-06
SHANGHAI Jiao Tong University unveiled China's first campus rowing course in Minhang District today for its rowing team.
The course — currently 800 meters long and 20 to 30 meters wide — will be widened to hold top-level competitions such as the World Leading University Rowing Regatta, the university said.
The university said it is working to try and popularize the sport among students in the city.
