SHANGHAI Party Secretary Han Zheng met Y. K. Pang, chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and his delegation on Wednesday. Han said China's 13th Five-Year Plan set targets for the next five years. Shanghai will adhere to the strategies of innovation, coordination, green development, market opening, and mutual benefits. The city wants to contribute more to China’s effort in building a well-off society. He said Shanghai and Hong Kong have cooperated in many areas. The two cities can expand exchanges, share experiences and seek mutual development.
