"Musical Afternoon Tea" is held for the fifth time at the CIIE 2022-11-07
On November 4, the media center of the 5th China International Import Expo (CIIE) officially opened. Cadillac Shanghai Concert Hall's public service brand project "Musical Afternoon Tea" was unveiled at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). For one hour at noon, Cao Yun, Han Xue, Huang Lu and Xu Jingting from the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra performed "Oriental imagery", showing the charm of folk music classics.
This is the fifth time that "Music Afternoon Tea" has been held at the CIIE. The Cadillac Shanghai Concert Hall under the Shanghai Grand Theatre Arts Group, together with the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra and Shanghai Opera House, and the Shanghai Xinyi Chinese Chamber Orchestra, has planned 7 concerts with the theme of "East-West music", including folk music, vocal music, instrumental music and other colorful musical forms. The young musicians in Shanghai will perform the musical pieces, which are a fusion of Chinese and Western culture and dialogue. In addition, it will create an art space with books, musical instruments and cultural and creative products.
