Shanghai Megaforce to open new base in Qingpu Industrial Zone 2025-12-30

The groundbreaking ceremony for the project to produce precision components at Shanghai Megaforce, an electronics and plastic components company, was held recently in the Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone.
The new base will be developed into the group's flagship headquarters in China, a core technology R&D center and an intelligent production system. It will inject strong impetus into Qingpu's industrial clusters, marking the brand-new journey of intelligent manufacturing and high-end market expansion for this leading Taiwan-funded enterprise that has been rooted in Qingpu for nearly three decades.
As the first Taiwan-funded enterprise to settle in Qingpu Industrial Zone in 1998, the company's growth trajectory has always kept pace with the high-quality development of Qingpu.
It has grown into a core force in the electronic and plastic supporting industries of the Yangtze River Delta region, with the support of the Qingpu District government and Qingpu Industrial Zone. It has long provided one-stop services, such as precision molds, plastic molding and electronic assembly for world-renowned brands.
"The relocation and reconstruction is not only a responsibility to support the construction of Qingpu New City, but also an opportunity for the enterprise's upgrading and development," said Li Zheng'an, general manager of the company.
Covering a construction area of around 44,700 square meters, the new base aims to establish a core technology R&D center to accurately meet cutting-edge market demands and refine an intelligent production system to focus on high-end product fields such as consumer electronics, medical devices, optics and AI applications.
The company's development confidence stems from its own technological accumulation as well as Qingpu's high-quality industrial ecosystem and business environment.
"Drawing on the robust capabilities of Chinese manufacturing, a complete supply chain and a large domestic market, we are confident in our ability to deepen our roots in Qingpu and achieve a dual leap in both scale and capacity," said Li.
