SHANGHAI'S two airports will ban smoking inside terminal buildings from this Sunday.
Shanghai Airport Authority said yesterday all indoor smoking rooms will be closed. The authority has set up outdoor smoking areas and smokers will be guided to these designated areas.
"The new ban is accord with the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control as well as the city's new smoking control regulation," an airport authority official said.
