Motorists: take heed on parking 2017-03-15
SHANGHAI traffic police are cracking down on illegal parking by towing away vehicles not properly parked.
On Xiangyang Road in downtown Xuhui District, two illegally parked cars were towed away by police within an hour and a half yesterday morning.
Police said they would inform the offending drivers via SMS messages or phone calls if their contact information was available.
