Big facelift for historic Changning 2017-03-31
CHANGNING District will launch a major renovation campaign of old residential buildings this year.
Officials said yesterday the aim was to improve the living environment, while restoring the original look of some historic villas.
The downtown district has about 250,000 square meters of old residential buildings where residents are still using shared kitchens and toilets.
