Shanghai has established the first Internet tribunal in the city specializing in handling Internet-related civil and commercial lawsuits. According to Changning District People's Court in Shanghai, the cases such as online trade disputes handled by the tribunal will be tried online. Established in January, the tribunal has accepted 106 online shopping, infringement dispute lawsuits and others.
