Pudong hosts chess event 2018-08-02
About 220 young chess players from 11 regions and countries in East Asia are competing in the Third Eastern Asia Youth Chess Championship which runs to August 10 in Shanghai.
The players, aged from 8 to 18, are taking part in games at the Shanghai Yangjing-Juyuan Experimental School in the Pudong New Area.
This is the first time Shanghai holds the championship.
