New Pudong terminal to open in September with subway lines   2019-04-04

The world’s largest satellite terminal building will be operating in September at the Pudong International Airport, along with an express subway connected with existing terminals. The new terminal, known as S1 and S2, is about 700 meters from T1 and T2 terminals. The terminals will be linked by an underground subway. The project is expected to provide faster transfer service and boost flight punctuality at the one of the busiest airports in China, the Shanghai Airport Authority said on Thursday.
